Medium-bodied, early-drinking Cabernet Sauvignon, defined by red fruit and pepper in its style. The 2023 is certainly too young to reach its best, with firm acid and tight tannins still framing the soft red fruit, offering crunchy youth and chalky tannins now. Another year or two in the cellar will allow it to reach the drinkable joy of its older siblings.
