Brooding black fruit, graphite, cedar and crushed Eucalyptus leaf with toasty coffee notes from new oak. Powerful and structured like the 2019, while holding more exuberant youth, although the oak has fully integrated and the tannins have mellowed. Impressive after five years, with more promise to keep.
