2009

Lighter than other vintages, the 2009 is on a very slow ageing curve. Candied peach, pineapple, quince and patisserie. Seductively sweet, but also still very youthful, lifted by prominent, vibrant acidity. Good length. No need for further keeping, but clearly very ageable.
