The 2009 is pure class. Sundried fruit including apricot, guava, quince and apple rings. Fruit forward still and very little of the nutty development. Just a touch of caramel and fresh fynbos honey, all held up by a beautifully lifting natural acidity that offsets the powerful, dense fruit. Complete harmony and ageing with grace.
