Black plum and cherries coated in dark chocolate with a lick of mint and cayenne pepper. Good marriage of fruit with silky chocolate and just a sprinkling of herbs. Well supported by fully integrated oak. Solid, lasting intensity of youthful fruit promises more age-ability, but this is already a very drinkable and harmonious Merlot.
