Colour holds up well with just a hint of blood orange to the otherwise youthful, light ruby appearance. The nose is a little soupy with sugared plums combined with stalky notes. The lean, austere palate has tea leaf, cranberry and pancetta. Light-bodied. Dry finish. Enjoy chilled.
