Super rich and mature nose offers peach tarte tatin, baked quince and almond pastry with even a hint of caramel. The palate confirms all of these wonderfully rich flavours, but in a light delivery that is carried by this wine's hallmark balancing, drying acidity. Mature flavour, but lasting structure. No need to cellar further.
